Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a temporary Human Resources Administrator.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources department in addition to specific responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for Employee Hospitality tasks
  • Assist with recruiting process, including posting of jobs, initial resume review, scheduling interviews, orientations and follow up items.
  • Coordinate the new hire onboarding workflow:
  • Responsible for background/MA CORI check via 3rd party site, launch through completion
  • Initiate internal IT ticket
  • Send WLT welcome email
  • Send welcome package
  • Launch ADP onboarding experience
  • Conduct employment verifications
  • Monitor HR’s general email inbox and distributes appropriately
  • Responsible for the tracking and processing Service Anniversary certificates and awards
  • Responsible for all general HR filing – both paper & electronic
  • Assist with projects, as needed
  • Understand and display WLT’s values
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Skills:

  • Comfortable with and able to effectively handle confidential information
  • Comfortable with MS Office
  • Displays great attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ADP (preferably) or other HRIS system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively, professionally, and clearly with all levels of the organization
  • Organized and able to work with a high degree of accuracy

Experience :

  • 2-4 years prior administrative experience in an HR environment preferred

Education or Certification:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
