Our company is growing and looking to hire a Service Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. The Service Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and carrying out processes required to establish agreed-upon post-sale professional learning offerings. The Service Fulfillment Coordinator works closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Professional Learning, and Operations Teams for resource allocation, to establish assignments, to create trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS), to create training material orders, and to ship appropriate training materials.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Monitor and act on requests from the Sales, Customer Success, or Operations Team for requests for professional learning services.
  • Responsible for the creation of all training sessions and online course enrollments associated with customer-accepted literacy plans that are not part of core catalog offerings.
  • Responsible for entering resources against project tasks in NetSuite and the maintenance and reporting of the resource schedules.
  • Responsible for the efficient and timely shipment of needed training literature for professional learning events.
  • Verify, confirm, and process On-Call Trainer time and attendance documentation and approve payment requests.
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot obstacles that may impede/delay the fulfillment of any professional service deliverable including (but not limited to) trainer scheduling, registrations, course manuals, Wilson Academy access, etc.
  • Monitor Fundations, Just Words, and EDUAdmin mailboxes, and save the Literacy Specialist responses to the customer records in NetSuite.
  • Provide support to internal and external members of the Customer Experience (CX) Team.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of enrollment information in the Learning Management System (LMS) for certifications, if needed.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to assist with the accurate and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Creation and maintenance of customer and account records in the WLT database.
  • Understand and display WLT’s values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to learn and develop a working knowledge of WLT business systems including NetSuite, Control Panel, ADP, Microsoft Suite Applications, etc.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change and evolving technology.
  • Think objectively and analytically about priorities and work-related problems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (verbal, written, in-person).
  • Ability to respond to data-related inquiries.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to undertake a project on own initiative without supervision and begin projects independently.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and productively in both an office and non-office environment.
  • Team-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.


Education or Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience

Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations.
