This role will support the Western region and will require 25% travel

Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes both for Partner Services and at Partner companies, being willing to travel to Partner companies as needed to help
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Help manage corporate credit card program and reviewing of expenses
Experience:
- AA or BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business (Required)
- CPA Certification or working towards your certification is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in an accounting setting. Experience in a PE-backed company a plus.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in using Accounting and CRM Systems. We are currently using Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience in an industry that experiences seasonal demand and expense timing within a fiscal year is a plus.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and be a Team Player to meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
