At King Quality, our business is centered on service, and we are passionate about what we do. We have an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech savvy Project Coordinator to join our busy and growth-oriented Roofing Company.

Who We are Looking For

We seek a dynamic and organized project coordinator to grow with us. Our environment is fast-paced and offers ample opportunity to grow and develop. This position requires an individual with a high level of attention to detail and organization who will frequently interact with cross-functional departments within King Quality.

Structure of the position

This job is full time Monday – Friday [9am to 5 pm] in person at our Bohemia, NY Office.

Job description

Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee various aspects of roofing, windows and siding projects from start to finish

- Collaborate with General Manager, call center, sales, install partners,

and customers

- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

- Order project materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

- Monitor project progress using ServiceTitan CRM software, becoming a subject matter expert in the software to be able to teach internal users and support customers and to provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, actively monitoring and reporting on sales and marketing KPIs and communicating effectively with team members

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home services project coordination or related field

- Proficiency in using a CRM and Microsoft office products

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

- Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions

- Previous experience in a home services environment a plus

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
