Implementations Manager

Hybrid Charlotte, NC / Western U.S. Remote

Vertex Service Partners is a company focused on acquiring and growing residential home improvement services companies in the United States, with a focus on residential roofing & other exterior services. Vertex is backed by Alpine Investors, a top-decile private equity fund with a long history of successful investments in similar industries. Vertex will be an investment out of Alpine’s 9th fund, which will have ~$4.5 billion of committed capital. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a company with the explicit mandate to grow to be a multi-billion-dollar company within the next five years, with the goal to grow the right way – through a relentless focus on employee and customer experience.

Mission of the Role:

The implementations Manager will…

  • Integrate and onboard new acquisitions through Service Titan and Sage Intacct configuration and implementation.
  • Execute comprehensive systems implementation and integration processes, including change management and training.
  • Manage project implementation for assigned partners, collaborating with Vertex Technology and Operations teams.
  • Serve as a business analyst to standardize processes and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with Vertex policies in ServiceTitan administration, working with Ops, Finance, and Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, and ADP configuration and implementation as a business analyst and system expert.
  • Execute key configuration tasks:
  • Setup Service Titan Payments Application, including testing.
  • Map and maintain Pricebook with operations and accounting.
  • Update Payment Types and Business Units per Vertex guidelines.
  • Set Accounts Receivable with regional accounting and ServiceTitan Data Team.
  • Import Vendors to Intacct using ST vendor IDs.
  • Handle open Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balances.
  • Coordinate UAT testing of ServiceTitan exports to Intacct.
  • Manage user access and permissions per Vertex policies.
  • Ensure ServiceTitan usage is current with latest updates and features.
  • Support and assign training resources for Service Titan users.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create uniform configuration standards.
  • Serve as onsite Vertex representative before and after go-live for smooth transitions.
  • Ensure adherence to Vertex best practices for ServiceTitan utilization.
  • Contribute to team culture and support related initiatives as needed.

Experience:

  • Required:
  • 4+ years in technology implementation or as a technology business/process analyst.
  • Experience with CRM and system implementation.
  • Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience with ADP, Sage Intacct, and accounting ERP implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceTitan.
  • Ability to communicate accounting and financial information in simple terms.
