As a Clinical Partnerships Manager (Inside Sales), you will strategically advance Riverside’s mission in your assigned territory by articulating the value of our Clinical solutions to educational partners by building relationships via presentations, and other touchpoints. You will forge strong, personal relationships with schools and districts, aligning our offerings with their specific goals and challenges in each community district/school. Through these efforts, you contribute significantly to organizational growth while cultivating thriving educational ecosystems that benefit educators, students, administrators, and the company alike.

Applicants are preferred to be based in or have the ability to work in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone to be considered for this position.
In this role you will get to:

  • Drive new business growth and manage renewal opportunities by nurturing relationships through the sales cycle
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of business and move opportunities through with velocity
  • Build strong, personal relationships with schools and districts
  • Hold new “INTRO” meetings with customers and conduct timeline and actionable follow-up items
  • Utilize CRM reports/data to track territory activity
  • Maintain a current Territory Action Plan in CRM to drive coordinated customer engagement
