In this role you will get to:

• Enhance product awareness and discovery on website
• Optimize the current digital commerce offering
• Enhance the website’s UI/UX
• Continuously improve the digital commerce platform for high growth
• Drive a culture of execution excellence
• Create a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth via digital commerce
• Collaborate on implementing cross-sell and growth strategies within the digital commerce platform
• Implement continuous analysis of customer behavior and analytics to inform strategic decisions
• Enhance the delivery of requirements through an agile process to ensure timely, high-quality releases
• Assess internal or 3rd party software engineering resources, from a quality/satisfaction and budget perspective.
• Improve e-Commerce user satisfaction score
• Build functionality to support strategic growth levers
• Complete UI/UX experience for subscription option selection and purchases via eCommerce
• Advance homepage and website architecture to align to strategic company-wide goals and our future EdTech vision state, and manage plan to execution
• Create a roadmap, with input from internal stakeholders across the business and VOC aligned to RI strategic growth and efficiency plans
