As the Senior Campaign Manager your mission is to orchestrate and execute high-impact national marketing campaigns that elevate Riverside’s presence, enhance lead generation, and support the integration of marketing efforts across national and regional levels. This role requires a strategic approach to campaign development, understanding the customer pain points, calibrated messaging development to calibrate our solutions and audience segments, customer profiles and audience segmentation, campaign development execution and analysis, ensuring alignment with Riverside’s growth objectives and market positioning.

In this role you will get to:

  • Design and execute market research, customer profile development and overarching messaging platform to raise brand awareness and relevance of Riverside Group product and solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand market and persona pain points by reviewing existing research and messaging for key products and personas
  • Develop customer profiles for white-space personas identifying pain points and key messages for district-level purchasers and building level-buyers outside the G&T space
  • Develop and implement solutions-based persona-based messaging for each major persona
  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of national group campaigns that enhance engagement with key personas and drives measurable lead and MQL generation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to create comprehensive strategic campaign strategies and plans
  • Utilize HubSpot data to develop initial benchmarks
  • Implement persona-based lead nurturing strategies that result in an increase in lead to MQL conversion rates.
  • Develop reporting analytics to share with organization on effectiveness of marketing campaigns for every campaign that are issued monthly.
  • Enable regional teams to adapt national campaigns for local effectiveness, fostering market-specific engagement.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to provide campaign toolkits to regional teams to localize national messaging for each campaign
  • Cultivate a collaborative ecosystem between marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and strategic alignment.
