As the Group Digital Marketing Manager for Riverside, you are tasked with elevating the organizations’ digital presence by crafting and disseminating compelling digital content and campaigns. Your work will support national and regional initiatives, drive lead generation, amplify MQLS, and ensure that messaging is coherent and impactful. Collaboration with the product team, field marketing and the national campaign manager to adapt messaging and create unique assets is key.

In this role you will get to:

  • Develop and maintain engaging content across various platforms, including website, landing pages, and social media channels.
  • Ensure alignment of digital content with Riverside’s product and solutions messaging strategy.
  • Develop benchmarks for website and social engagement. Monitor audience engagement metrics and adjust content to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions, increase engagement on each platform quarter over quarter.
  • Develop and deploy impactful digital content across multiple channels that enhances engagement and supports both national and regional campaign objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot to determine benchmarks and optimize strategies and improve engagement
  • Collaborate with the team to design digital campaigns and assets to move leads to MQLs. Utilize analytics to track leading indicators and monitor engagement at each stage of the journey. Develop a reporting dashboard to track effectiveness of campaigns and to understand conversion rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the customer journey, focusing on enhancing awareness, consideration, and conversion rates.
  • Innovate digital marketing strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and technologies.
  • Launch pilot programs using new digital platforms or technology (Including AI), evaluating their effectiveness for broader adoption
  • Implement a learning program for marketing team, focusing on emerging trends and digital tools.
  • Increase audience reach though innovative digital marketing tactics, measured by analytics and engagement metrics.
