Sr. Accountant
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The
Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring reporting compliance for the vertical, consisting of
multiple Operating Companies (“OpCos”) and on a consolidated basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
with all aspects of financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for:
1.Financial Reporting
a. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
b. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information in compliance with
regulatory requirements and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
c. Lead month-end closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries and
account reconciliations.
d. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
e. Assist with the implementation of new reporting requirements.
2. General Ledger Management
a. Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and ensure accuracy of accounting
entries.
b. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
c. Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and
ensure financial accuracy.
3. Audit and Tax Compliance
a. Prepare audit schedules and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
b. Coordinate with OpCos and external tax advisors to ensure compliance with local, state,
and federal tax regulations.
4. Cross Company Collaboration
a. Work closely with OpCos to provide financial insights and support for various projects
and initiatives.
b. Optimize accounting software and financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting or similar financial roles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of various financial software and systems
