Job Description:
The Physician Sourcer is responsible for cultivating a robust pipeline of qualified ophthalmologists and optometrists for Midwest Vision Partners Physician Recruiting team, aimed at enhancing the applicant flow for various openings across ophthalmology and optometry specialties in the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Job Duties:
● Develop and maintain a dynamic pipeline of ophthalmologists and optometrists.
● Analyze the existing pool of eye care professionals and devise strategies to expand the
talent pool.
● Foster relationships with clinicians and relevant stakeholders involved in eye care
recruitment and placement processes, including industry-specific organizations,
educational institutions, conferences, and online platforms.
● Devise and execute proactive recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of open
positions.
● Collaborate closely with the Physician Recruiting team to prioritize and fulfill ongoing
hiring needs within Midwest Vision Partners' eye care centers.
● Organize and participate in networking events, dinners, and recruitment activities.
● Attend local, regional, and national eye care conferences and professional association
meetings.
● Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual recruitment goals.
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management tools.
● Compliance with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:
● Ability to effectively communicate compensation philosophies and packages to potential
candidates.
● Proficiency in conducting candid discussions with clinicians regarding roles and
compensation structures.
● Strong interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships with Midwest Vision
Partners; recruiters and internal stakeholders.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
● Enthusiasm for Midwest Vision Partners and its mission.
● Positive attitude toward the company, work, clients, management, and colleagues.
