How you’ll be impactful:

The Social Ads Campaign Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising, analytics, and performance metrics.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:

○ To develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

○ To plan, implement, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns on TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable data-driven decisions, insights, and interface recommendations.

  • Content and Creative Development:

○ Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content tailored to each platform.

○ Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

○ Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.

○ Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Market Research and Trend Analysis:

○ Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for new campaigns.

○ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

  • Team Collaboration:

○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, R&D, Data and BI,
○ Customer Service, etc, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social media marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience managing a monthly budget of at least $250K for social media campaigns in Meta and Tiktok Ads platforms, preferably for App Performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with social media analytics tools.
  • Expirecnec in working with iOS in-app evemts and SKAN tracking.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau etc.
  • Experience working with content management systems and graphic design software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Experienced based understanding of marketplace economics.
