How you’ll be impactful:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to elevate our understanding of our marketing efforts across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate has expertise in social, performance, and affiliate marketing and experience analyzing interactions between competing brands in a portfolio.

This role will be required to be in our San Francisco office 2x/week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead comparative analysis of brands relative to existing metrics - CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period; and create analysis to reveal interactive effects between brands
  • Partner with Acquisition Marketers to surface insights and drive both efficiency and growth; lead testing and evaluation of new channel opportunities
  • Partner with Retention Marketers to increase retention and monetization of loyal customers; collaborate with the cross-functional global teams to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, using analytical and statistical approaches to continually improve marketing results.
  • Proactively explore available data to generate actionable insights and advocate strategies that increase business value
  • Maintain reports, decks and dashboards that track KPI and provide insights into marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, develop marketing strategies, and optimize campaign tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our marketing efforts against industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to recommend innovative approaches and solutions.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Growth analytics, Performance marketing, consulting/finance/business strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated interest in formal marketing analytics training.
  • Exceptional skills in Google Sheets, Excel, Slides, Powerpoint, data extraction and analysis.
  • Skilled in Tableau/Data visualization software. Familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus.
  • Experience in analysis of funnel engagement and multichannel campaign performance.
  • Team player with outstanding analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • A result-oriented approach, capable of navigating ambiguity and initiating/driving projects to completion.
  • Expert in creation of presentations and reports for senior management to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics. Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is still being determined. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
