As an AWARDS Configuration Analyst at Foothold Technology, you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing successful configurations of new programs, modules, and add-ons for AWARDS customers. Reporting to the Director of Customer Enablement, you'll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Customer Enablement teams to ensure smooth and effective configurations that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities and Core Competencies:

  • Execute configurations for new and existing AWARDS customers, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Own and execute the configuration process, utilizing available tools and workflows to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their unique policies and workflows, conducting functionality deep dives to identify needs.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting on project-based work with AWARDS customers, ensuring Salesforce and other internal records are up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, explaining AWARDS functionality and facilitating open channels of communication.
  • Strive for continuous learning, actively seeking opportunities to learn about new features and improve knowledge of existing functionality.
  • Manage workloads and priorities effectively, handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with strong project and time management skills.
  • Apply knowledge to improve team workflows and offerings, evaluating and making recommendations for process improvement.
  • Serve as an internal resource, supporting colleagues through internal training, project collaboration, and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in software implementation and/or configuration, customer enablement, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in software systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new skills.
  • Familiarity with human services or healthcare industry practices is a plus.

The expected range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 USD. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of bonus or benefits. More information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors will be shared during the hiring process.
