Collaborate across teams, deciphering their needs, and translating them into functional Salesforce solutions. In the closing quarter of 2023, we concluded an exhaustive evaluation of our end-to-end processes, led by a reputable third-party consulting company. The outcome? A comprehensive roadmap for transformation, with Salesforce taking a central role. You will closely shadow our third-party consultants and gradually assuming a pivotal role in Salesforce development. As we build confidence in our in-house capabilities, you will play a key part in this strategic shift. Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and processes, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with go-to-market teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to understand their needs and develop customized Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate existing Salesforce setups and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Integration and Testing: Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Conduct thorough testing of developed features and fixes.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing technical issues and training staff on new features and best practices.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends, ensuring the organization leverages the latest capabilities of the platform.
  • Project Management: Participate in planning and executing Salesforce-related projects, meeting deadlines and adhering to budget constraints.
  • Ability to roll out solutions that meet business stakeholder requirements while at the same time being a good steward of our overall technology stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
  • Experience in Salesforce ServiceCloud development and maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of CRM processes and sales/marketing operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred.
