With prior experience in owning product operations, you're a masterful product strategist who crafts purposeful, data-driven strategies across all product disciplines. Your Impact:
As our Director of Product Management, your expertise will establish strong relationships with Sales, CX, and Marketing teams. You'll be the face of FEV as a High Impact Tutoring (HIT) expert in the field, collaborating with 3rd Party Research groups and internal teams to advance our research and evidence foundation.Your role involves gathering feedback and insights from customers, super users, personas, and stakeholders to drive the evolution of our platform and achieve our growth objectives. You'll lead the charge in shaping our product strategy and roadmap, expanding and strengthening our product offerings to transform K-12 education.Working closely with key stakeholders, you'll translate business value and strategies into actionable requirements and game-changing enhancements for our customers. As a market expert, you'll confidently recommend pricing and positioning strategies that catalyze scaled adoption and growth. You'll also harness your creative prowess to build mid-fidelity wireframes, testing features and ideas with customers and management. Managing a team of 4 product owners in India and 2 product managers in the US, you'll lead a global team of product visionaries.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Director of Product Management at a software technology company.
- At least 8 years of Product Management experience.
- An influential, hands-on leader who fosters an ownership mentality within the team.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering world-class solutions to the market.
- A passionate advocate for driving positive change in K-12 Education.
- Detail-oriented with a robust project management background.
- Proficiency in building wireframes and a keen sense of UX/UI for product design.
- Humility and an eagerness to embrace feedback.
- A desire to contribute to a world-class organization with a strong sense of accountability.
- Nice-to-have: Domain expertise in Education (e.g., previous work in EdTech or a teaching background).
