Customer Success Partner

A Customer Success Partner is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote growth, retention and loyalty. The top priority is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied and successful in achieving their goals.

At Capturelife, customer success is a core company strategy. The Customer Success Partner will understand customer outcomes and be involved in all aspects of support, design, account management, demonstrating the product, selling customers and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions.

What success looks like for the CSP:

  • Being the trusted partner for the customer on design and product functionality.
  • Author the playbook and manage the various cross-functional teams, timelines, flowcharts and needed outcomes at Capturelife, on behalf of the customer experience.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and business development process.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support
  • Collaborate with the leadership and development team to set up our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers.
  • Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements.
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base.
  • Being the main point of contact between the company and select named strategic accounts.
  • Own select Capturelife social media accounts and drive content marketing efforts to expand impressions and create a base of followers.
  • Use data to measure usage and customer success with the partnership and leverage with new potential customers: connect the dots in this new frontier.
  • Drive business development leads through a sales minded approach and become skilled at CRM tool (HubSpot).
