JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Manager, GTM will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing growth initiatives that drive revenue and customer satisfaction for our B2B SaaS operating companies (OpCos).
As a member of the to-to-market team, you will work alongside functional experts at ASG in Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, as well as Recruiting, Revenue Operations and GTM Systems experts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of SaaS growth levers. The ideal candidate will be adept at cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all Growth programs are executed seamlessly and deliver measurable results of high NPS and revenue growth.
You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:
- Develop and implement a program for scalable, repeatable Growth engagements that drive meaningful, measurable revenue growth and high operator NPS. You will primarily focus on our sales effectiveness program in year 1.
- Lead and manage multiple growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success functional leads at ASG, as well as Recruiting, Revenue Operations and GTM Systems experts.
- Manage highly engaged Marketing, Sales, CS & RevOps OpCo communities while keeping a pulse on the happiness and performance of OpCo GTM leaders.
- Oversee the annual rhythm of the GTM teams across the portfolio including growth budgeting and other centralized resources
- Continuously refine and optimize growth program processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
We're Excited About You Because:
- You have 5+ years of demonstrated success in managing Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, particularly within SaaS environments.
- You are advanced in project management, with a 5+ year track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Experience with Notion or another similar project management tool is a big plus.
- You thrive in a highly organized environment and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- You are detail oriented and meticulous in planning, execution, and review of projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- You are able to break down complex problems and solutions into understandable and actionable steps.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively.
- You get things done (GSD) with a sense of urgency, while also being considerate and deliberate in actions and decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including operators and OpCo leaders.
- You possess the executive presence required to engage and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: The target salary range for this position is $130k-140k, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
