ASG’s Growth Team aspires to 3x Revenue within the first 3-years of acquiring a company. To accomplish this outcome, our OpCos must have repeatable and scalable revenue processes, driven from: data, technology, and enablement.

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join the Growth Team, reporting to the Head of Growth to orchestrate the design/development of Salesforce environments at both ASG and across our OpCos to enforce repeatable and scalable revenue processes.


  • Serve as our Salesforce SME for Salesforce projects across ASG
  • Design ASG’s Salesforce environment to be a sample of what the “perfect” environment would look like across our key GTM motions (PLG, SMB, MM)
  • Create a repeatable playbook for deploying standardized Salesforce environments down to our OpCos
  • Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices and build standard processes for OpCo teams to follow
  • Standardize data structure across the portfolio to facilitate the ability to automate rolling GTM data up to the ASG level (maintain a data dictionary)
  • Ensure standardized data structure supports broader GTM tech stack and integrations maintained at OpCos
  • Work cross-functionally at ASG to create and maintain HoldCo level Reporting & Dashboarding to visualize portfolio GTM performance
  • Mentor OpCo team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications


  • 7+ years experience in delivering and configuring successful Salesforce implementations
  • Previous experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator or as a Solution Architect
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions that are robust, maintainable, and scalable which integrate with GTM tools, Financial systems, Data lakes, and/or Custom Apps
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes in Salesforce, as well as across disparate systems
  • Proficient in data modeling, creating entity relationship diagrams, and business process diagrams
  • Strong in Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL with familiarity in LWC
  • Verifiable certified Salesforce professional, including: Salesforce Administrator and B2B Solution Architect

Location: This is a hybrid role and will require you to be in the office on Tuesdays/Thursdays in Walnut Creek, CA.

Base Salary Range: The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including an annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
