The Role

We are currently hiring for a Marketing/Business Development Lead that is responsible for simultaneously building our brand for both potential clients and employees.

What You'll Do:

Sales Strategy and Operations

  • Define sales strategy in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, while identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process
  • Partner closely with the Client Retention Specialist for sales hand-off and identification of cross-selling opportunities
  • Facilitate and organize sales trainings to improve conversion

Client and Candidate Marketing

  • Develop marketing collateral to support the sales and recruiting process, creating engaging content to improve brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and budget
  • Develop strategy for charitable programs

Data Management and Analytics

  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insight into sales and marketing performance
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities and customer information in the CRM


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years' experience in a related field
  • Proven communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales and marketing tools

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-130,000. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
