The Role

We are currently hiring for a Client Retention Specialist that will be responsible for providing a white glove experience to our clients. In this role, you will be the client's first point of contact and will ensure a white glove experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop standardized process for onboarding new clients and coordinate with respective cross-functional partners
  • Develop Client Based Management framework to tier and assess existing clients
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to assign staff to new engagements
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing Manager to organize events, webinars and newsletters to engage and educate our clients
  • Proactively identify strategies to improve client retention, identify and track retention metrics
  • Collect and address client feedback to ensure continuous improvement and inform retention activities
  • Identify opportunities and lead efforts to upsell our services to existing clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in a financial or professional services firm in a client facing role
  • Proven communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-120,000. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
