Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to join our team and manage all aspects of payroll processing and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADP Payroll and ADP Human Resources, along with experience in commission entry and reconciliation for a sales team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and timely using ADP Payroll software.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Handle all aspects of commission entry and reconciliation for a 12-person sales team.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in ADP Human Resources.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and enrollment processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR-related matters.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee information.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll and HR regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience with ADP Payroll and ADP Human Resources.
• Proven experience in commission entry and reconciliation for a sales team.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing principles and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred: Experience with Human Resources departments for a 150+ person company.
